Naughty Neighbors

I was leaving my favorite convenient store (Hey FoodSmart) and a magazine caught my eye, it was called Naughty Neighbor. I knew what it was, but I couldn’t help but entertain the idea that it could just be a magazine where people complain about their neighbors, so I decide to make it a reality.
